Bill is the COO of Audeara, bringing a wealth of experience in technology development, market launches, and business growth. His extensive background in Asian manufacturing and markets has been pivotal in expanding Audeara’s reach and securing key partnerships. Now, Bill is deeply involved in driving AUA Technology’s growth, collaborating directly with partners to deliver tailored solutions and ensure operational excellence.

Louise Heller
Louise is the Head of Project Delivery for AUA Technology. With an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering (Honors) and hands-on experience in the field, coupled with a Master’s in Engineering Management, she seamlessly combines technical expertise with strategic project leadership. Louise excels at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex ideas for seamless collaboration. She drives projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality results that meet the highest standards.
When she’s not managing projects, Louise channels her creativity into pottery and has a quirky tradition of naming projects after her and the teams beloved pets, adding a personal touch to her professional excellence.
Dr. Ian O'Brien
Research Audiologist
Dr. Ian O'Brien
Ian is Audeara’s Research Audiologist and Acoustics Engineer. With degrees in biomedical science, clinical audiology, music and audio engineering, Ian has published widely in the fields of hearing conservation for musicians and assistive hearing technology for music. His work has been fundamental in the development of AUA Technology’s proprietary technology.
When he’s not pioneering audio technology, Ian divides his time between clinical work with his audiology clinic (Musician’s Ears) and playing French horn with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra.
