This is our 3rd pair of Audeara headphones and they are amazing.

Buds are comfortable and easy to use and set up the app works well

Being able to set the EQ in the hearing test is the best. These give a very clear representation of the audio streamed. Tuned to your own hearing frequency response. Brilliant. After 3 years, the cushions have deteriorated, and I have just purchased a new set for $49 of the Audeara website. Dec 2024.

I had a problem with my first pair I ordered however on contacting Clarisha who organised a replacement within 2 days (unbelievable customer service) the second set arrived and have been working great.
I highly recommend there product and after sales service.

I've had the A-01's since they were on Kickstarter, and they were flawless. After about a fortnight of using the buds, I can't fault them. A massive fan of the Audeara products.

I have minor to moderate hearing loss and have tried a number of different noise cancelling headphones to assist me with hearing work calls. The A-01 Headphones are by far the most effective at blocking out background noise and helping me to hear clearly. The headphones are also very comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. Strongly recommend.

Sound quality is great and I love how light and comfortable they are for my day to day.

The support I receive too after purchasing is first class.

Love being able to hear the TV so clearly again - no more subtitles which were frustrating at the best of times!

They have also been great when listening to my favourite music and when talking on the phone to my friends and family.

My wife got me some and they work great for the TV. I didn't realise they had a microphone until I spoke to a friend, now I use them for making calls too. Great Aus product!

I've had these for a day. Straight out if the box the setup eq sounded wonderful. Vibrant expression across the frequency. Then I tried the hearing test on the app. In fact I've done a few. Each time I get better sounding headphones. My previous headphones were Sennheiser HD450BTs. A very credible piece of kit. These are better. Just better. Easy to pair up. I'll use these as just bluetooth headphones. So much to love.

Fabulous outcome using the headphones to hear the TV once set up. However the instructions for a non digital age person are not intuitive and could do with better clarity. It states the headphones are already set to the TV streamer but page 6 of the TV bundle guide does not explain what to do to get the headphones working the first time. So I followed the instructions and in so doing several times seem to have stuffed up the factory pre pairing. Now "hold down button A or B for three seconds does nothing and I have to hold down the select button to get the screen to activate. Also three seconds is far short of the actual time required for the screen to react. Next item on page 6 says to "navigate to the .....using the controls on the TV streamer" then shows a pic of the controls. No instructions on which controls to use. Page 7 gives no explanation of the screen shot that shows the A or B oscillating. What does this mean? The booklet has been written by someone who knows the devices. Should be written on the assumption the user knows nothing.

Loved them to death. The sound was impeccable. I would sleep in them to drown out noisy neighbours. They made listening to podcasts feel like the people were in the room, which could be disconcerting as I live alone. They made Whitney Houston come alive but where they really showed off was with classical music. My hearing loss is moderate (due to listening to loud music since the womb) so these were able to rectify my losses. The Bluetooth had a really long range too, so you don't have to have your phone on you, it could be 3 rooms away. I have since upgraded (due to wearing them out) to the AO2s, which are also incredible.
