Audeara is a Registered NDIS Provider (provider number: 4050031051). If you are an NDIS participant, you should be able to use your funding to purchase Audeara A-01 Headphones. We are currently registered under assistive technology as hearing equipment and assistive products for personal care and safety.

As a plan manager, you can either request an invoice from us and submit it to the NDIS or you can purchase our products directly for your participants and submit the tax invoice to the NDIS to be reimbursed later.

As an NDIS participant who is self-managed, the NDIS will pay you, or your nominee, directly for the support in your budget. 

You can choose to order our products using your own money, then submit your payment request to the NDIS and they will reimburse you for your purchase. Alternatively, you can request an invoice from us and make a payment request through the NDIS based on this invoice. Once you’ve received the payment, pay the invoice and we’ll process the order.

As an NDIS participant who has an assigned plan manager, you can request for us to send an invoice for your products directly to your plan manager. 

As an NDIS participant who is agency managed, if you let us know your information and the products you’re interested in purchasing, we’ll send you a service agreement to sign and process it through the NDIS portal.
