NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Mr Trimboli invested in Audeara in 2015, helping launch the Company. His experience includes 10 years with the international commodity trading and asset management company, Glencore International AG, as a senior coal trader based in Zug, Switzerland.

Since leaving Glencore, after a successful float on both the London and Hong Kong stock exchanges, he established two investment vehicles, one based in Switzerland and the other based in Australia, the latter being Seefeld Investments Pty Ltd.

Mr Trimboli was appointed to the Board 27 August 2015. The Board does not consider Mr Trimboli to be an independent Director.
